Nr. 214/1967 in the last valid version, the guidelines for the practice of the profession of a Patent Attorney (Patentblatt 5/2005, appendix) and, with reference to activities before the European Patent Office, the Code of Conduct of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (Official Journal EPO, 2003, site 523) as well as the FICPI code of ethics (downloadable at www.ficpi.org).
